The code engraved in the stone (or fitted on a plaque) leads to the family memorial page: biography, photos, videos, favourite music, guest book and a virtual candle. Visitors need no app β the phone camera is enough.

How it works
Four steps, at your own pace
From requesting a code to the monthly invoice β the partner panel guides you through every step.
Step 1
You request a code
In the partner panel you pick the package and the format: either you engrave the QR code yourself, or you order a ready-engraved plaque from us. The code is issued instantly β no waiting.
Step 2
You engrave or fit it
For your own engraving you download the vector QR file and the engraving guide. If you ordered a plaque, we produce it and post it to your address β you only fit it.
Step 3
You hand it to the family
You print the A6 handover card belonging to the code and give it to the family. It carries the activation code β that is what they use to build the page at home, at their own pace.
Step 4
You pay once a month
On the 2nd of each month we close the previous month and you get a single, consolidated invoice for the codes issued. No per-order settlement, no upfront payment.
Two formats

The same memorial page, the same process β they only differ in how the code gets onto the stone. You decide code by code; no need to commit in advance.

In both cases the QR is generated with the highest, 30% error correction, so it stays readable decades later β worn or wet.
Security
Two QR codes β and never the same one
This is the most important detail of the system. The code on the stone is public: anyone can scan it in the cemetery. But the memorial page can only be claimed with the activation code β and that appears solely on the handover card you give to the family.

That is why the activation code must never go on the stone. The card, on the other hand, can be reprinted any time from the partner panel if the family loses it β the engraved code never needs to be touched.
The family journey
How the family activates the page
Three steps, no technical knowledge needed. If they get stuck, they write to us β not to you.

They scan the card
The QR on the card leads to the activation page with the code included. If the QR will not scan, the code is also printed on the card and can be typed in.

They register with their own password
The account stays theirs. You never set a password on their behalf and never see their account β the content remains entirely theirs.

They build the memorial page
The page is created automatically and the editor opens: biography, photos, videos, music, guest book. They can add to it any time, even years later.
The address engraved in the stone lives forever: the page link is locked, so the family cannot change it by accident. There is no rush either β the code still works months or years later.
Settlement
How and when you pay
In arrears, once a month, for the codes actually issued. No upfront payment, no monthly fee and no minimum quantity.

The line item appears when the code is issued
The moment you create a code in the partner panel it enters that month settlement at the wholesale price for the package and format. It does not matter when the family activates it β you commit at issue, because that code goes onto the stone.

We close the month on the 2nd
That is when we close the previous month; after closing, no new items enter it. During the month you can check any time how much has accumulated β no surprises at month end.

One invoice for the whole month
After closing, a single consolidated invoice arrives at your billing email address, based on your company details β not per order, not daily.

Every item is traceable
In the partner panel you see the items month by month (date, package, format, unit price), the monthly total and the open balance. It downloads as CSV, ready for your accountant.
The currency follows the country in your company details: Romanian companies are invoiced in RON, Hungarian ones in forint. The monthly statement holds exactly the fields your accountant needs for e-Factura.

What you can earn on one plaque
The exact price list, valid after approval, is available in your partner panel β but as a guide: the wholesale price of a mid-range memorial page is well below the usual retail price. The margin is yours, with no extra work.
Data protection
The family data never reaches you
With the card handover you pass on a code only β you ask for no name, email address or phone number. The family creates the account and manages the content. That way you take on no personal data obligations towards families, and we do not need a data processing agreement with you.

What you need to apply
Registration takes two minutes, with your own password. This is what we ask for β the same details are used for invoicing, and as the delivery address if you order plaques:

What else is worth knowing
Nothing. There is no joining fee and no compulsory minimum quantity β you request exactly as many codes as you need.
The wholesale price list is available after approval in your partner panel, broken down by package and format. We do not publish it, because it is a partner price, not a retail one.
